This photo was taken during my time working for the City of New York Office of Technology and Innovation, where I worked on the development of the city's AI Action Plan— the first of its kind to be developed by a major metropolitan city.
I am a writer and researcher interested in language, cognition, and the structures—legal, linguistic, and technological—that shape how we make meaning. I've worked in policy, journalism, and international governance, and am currently exploring the overlaps between narrative systems, machine learning, and the future of intelligence.
I’m graduating from Syracuse University with a dual B.S. in journalism and a B.A. in political science in May 2025 and will begin working for the United Nations in August at headquarters in New York City. There I’ll be conducting research on military technologies used in peacekeeping missions, with a particular focus on the role of linguistic technologies in field operations and communication systems.
